A world-leading art organisation launches its debut global awards programme

Global art fair Art Basel was launching its debut award show, featuring an entirely new process where winners were democratically selected across the whole arts industry.

I worked with Raygun London to craft the manifesto for the entire Awards show, which became the creative centre for the year-long body of work that followed.

Inspired by the circular nature of the creative process, and David Lynch’s book ‘Catching The Big Fish,’ the copy direction for this illustrious, global project was then used as a creative structure for all promotional material, including artist interviews, speeches, comms and even the circular expression within the awards space itself.

I wrote speeches for hosts Emma D’Arcy (House of the Dragon) and renowned producer and art collector Swizz Beatz, right through to web copy, content and social.
